When you throw a party or event, the most important thing is ALWAYS the venue. I can’t say how happy I am I chose Regency Manor. Everything from the food, setup, and service went above my expectations. Jovan, Eddie, and Hani treated me like family and you will not find better service from other halls. The time and care they put into your party will make you more than happy. Everyone complimented on the setup of the party and the food. The next day after the event, I was getting text from my friends and family saying "Everything last night was amazing. When is next one!?" The whole evening was truly wonderful. Dear Jovann, I want to express my appreciation for all your help with my son's Bar Mitzvah. I had the best experience with your banquet hall. The food was exceptional. It tasted superb and had generous portions. As far as your staff, Regina was excellent--she was helpful with everything I needed. She even helped me pack up at the end of the evening. Eddie was terrific too. The bartenders, valet, and servers were cordial, far beyond my expectations. The chef even went out of his way to personally introduce himself to me. The floor plan you designed was perfect. There was more than enough room for everyone and the activities; placing the kids on their own side of the room worked out great. I especially appreciate the fact that you went out of your way to arrange for me to begin setting up early--I definitely needed the time. And of course I don't need to say how elegant your building is--the girl's at my son's school couldn't get over at how beautiful the hall looked. The whole evening was truly wonderful. Jovann, On behalf of Mom and our entire family, I would like to thank you very much for making our occasion an awesome and memorable one! Using your banquet hall and services was the smartest choice we could have ever made. From our first phone call with Pilar (who might I add is excellent at what she does) till the very last minute, we were treated like we were family. Eddie, Chef Yaldo (who made me an awesome chili-fry for lunch), Haque (aka HAWK) and Regina were excellent at what they do and most importantly, sincere and accommodating! My mother specifically specified to me that Regina (aka Khaltoo Regina) is one of sweetest women that she ever met. From her involvement in making sure mom walked in to her surprise without anything going wrong, to making sure every person was provided their food efficiently, quickly and effortlessly. Her and Hawk were truly on their "A" game that evening and we really thank them for that. Last but not least, I would personally like to thank "YOU" (Jovann) for making this occasion so easy and effortless to organize. I'm still thinking if i ever received a "NO" to any of my questions or concerns You really made our mother's surprise party come together effortlessly and professionally. Thank you for all the little extras that were provided to us. They were all appreciated. You, like the rest of the group were amazing at what your do. Needless to say, if the Bidawid family ever needs to plan a gathering again, Regency Manor will be our choice.

Dear Jovan, My bridesmaids were in search of a beautiful venue to host my bridal shower, themed Girls Go To Paris. It was suggested that we go with Regency Manor which is the same venue for my wedding. After witnessing the exquisite transformation of the newly renovated venue, the idea was perfect. It was nothing short of amazing! Jovann strategically worked with my planner and my bridal team to implement and ensure a bridal shower to remember. Jovann created an Italian menu that complimented my theme...may I add that the Chicken Parmesan and Chicken Alfredo was simply delightful. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The cleanliness of the venue in its entirety was one thing that really intrigued me. I am super excited but yet worry-free about my wedding because my bridal shower was perfect. I literally smiled the entire day and even the next day. My guest are still talking about my bridal shower and they are highly anticipating the wedding.
